What is security? I learned from Air Force Security Service that, “there is no such thing as absolute security”! Anything code can be broken.

128 bit encryption exists however, as I recall we are not allowed to use it as the FBI and other branches of Homeland Security cannot easily decrypt it.

Add to this the problems from Microsoft regarding security. Is the developer who writes a program for use on the Internet responsible for security flaws within Microsoft products?

How to help the developer:

1. All data emanating from a computer regardless of form will receive 128 bit encryption. This includes hard copy reports.

2. Users will be responsible for decryption and are not allowed to leave any clear text on any printed document. Decryption will not be allowed by any electronic device! Everything must be retained in the mind of the recipient. :)
