Just follow any thread that have more the 15 posts, in it and you will find arguments of the both sides.
My oppinion is if the application runs well DON'T mess with it :o))
But if you (or your boss) just want to learn, then start. No tool handles data as VFP. No metter what data NATIVE or remote.
