Couple of questions:

- Why does your division manager want to convert your VFP app to C#? Has your organization made a decision to migrate to the .NET platform?

- What back-end database will you be using? (sql, oracle, etc.)

- Are your VFP apps using VFP as the back-end, or a different database?

- Does anyone in your organization know C#? What kind of training will your managers offer?

There are many other questions that can be asked, but let's start with those...
