After my last time making political statements, I don't want to repeat it. Yet, somehow, I feel I'm obiliged to.

Some how, some way, the "buck" doesn't stop at the top because it never gets there. Unfortunately, our "leaders" are too busy complain about the "blame game" to stop it from being played in the first place.
