That is not exactly 'responding to challenge', that sounds more like avoiding challenge by placing new one with non agreeable terms.
Guy asked you basically , "Let's play some ball...' and u r telling him back
'Ok, but it has to be under water, with 6 goals instead of two'

Why don't u guys simple choose something more down to eart like ;
- Hospital Office Automation
- Insurance Company Automation
- Shiping Office Automation
- Bank Office Automation
etc

- Both apps will use SQL as back end.
- Both apps will hv to handle scope of day-to-day office operations.
- Both apps will be able to accept direct entries (order,invoice or whatever)
- Both apps will be able to accept web entries (order,invoice or whatever)

Does this sound unfair ?

Please don't come back with anything rude or sarcastic.
