Hi Bill --

You are right as far as the old track was concerned....now (as of Oct 1) it appears that you have to pass a solutions consultant type of test, then a desktop apps test, and then a distributed apps test, and an elective. WinArch is gone. Unfortunately, the only two languages in the "core" desktop and distributed apps groups are VB and VC++.
