Every so often a process shows up in task manager: ETLS.EXE

In "Program Files", there is a folder, "rpns", with a subfolder, "orro".

In the registry I find in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

a node named Oeaa.
In Oeaa there is this:
C:\Program Files\rpns\etls.exe" -vt ndrv

I have removed this guy a bunch of times. Pulled it from the register and deleted it from the Program Files folder.

It keeps coming back. Sometimes I find an iPod connector near my system (%$#@&^#%), and sometimes I don't.

Google and Scirus do't know who this guy is.

Any ideas?
