Thank you for your response. Tried the key setup but no luck.

Well, forgot to mention the error was from design view. Tried to run and call the mmUserform directly but got the following error,

"CurrentCell cannot be set at this time. Moving your code to FormLoad should solve this problem".

And, ran the MM.net sample program, got same error as above when I tried to open up the user form from menu bar.
