All this info is stored in foxuser.dbf. Check your config.fpw. Maybe you've resource=off in it. Another place to check is Tools -> Options -> File Locations -> Resource File -> Modify. Make sure that correct file name shows in the textbox and 'Use Resource File" is checked.
