I'm taking over on a project and at first glance at the code, I thought the programmer had put the menu in a loop and "rolled his own" READ EVENTS. However, I later noticed a CLEAR EVENTS and you don't call that without a READ EVENTS, so I found the CLEAR EVENTS in an unexpected place (to me, at least). It was in the cleanup code of the menu. Just wondering . . . anybody seen this done? Any advantages (I wouldn't think so). I always put it in the main (startup) program.
