I looked at the page. There are no forms that are docked. Could you please state what the image name is?(Rt click and select properties)

Office 2003 menus can be simulated in VFP. However to get all the functionality you will have a lot of programming and API's to call.

ARG does a menu similar to this using Fll's and this also comes with a builder. I thing they have a demo in the downloads section of the UT.
