after the OCXs are registerd (probably was done when u installed them but if not use regsvr32.exe)

run VFP under the options u will find a page that let u add activex servers (or OLE serers) choose add and add them to VFP then check them (don't forget to set as default)
then create a form - click on the book icon and choose activex
drag and drop the ocx on the form - from now u can just use it as ay other widget u dropped on the form
