This kind of behavior will happen to you almost everywhere in the IDE, particularly in the properties textbox or in the command window.
FWIW, the problem is in the BIDI internal function calls being a little obscure and not very well documented even inside MS. I am happy the VFPTeam did at least provide support for RTL languages with those functions.
Now for your problem, just double-click on the word in the middle of the sentence and this will select it. Alt-shift your keyboard to go to Arabic, then write *without really watching* :-) It will fit eventually :-)
