You must have the Developer Edition. The Standard and Professional do not have the proper DLLs needed.
There are several Crystal articles on my web site that may help you.
One other thing to consider....it is technically possible to schedule the report to run, but depending on if it runs on a server or workstation and how many people you email the report to, you may have licensing issues.
