Hendry,

In Enterprise Manager, select the database server, expand the Databases folder, select tempdb, rightclick and View Taskpad. You can see the status of the space allocation. If you pick properties from the rightclick menu (or hover the mouse over the little orange button and select Modify Data File Size) you can check to see if you have a fixed size you've hit and change it (provided you have freespace on the drive)
