I don't think VFPCOM.DLL works in VFP COM server. You can use CursorAdapter to convert ADO Recordset to a cursor. See Re: CursorAdapters and existing ADO recordsets Message #824438. For oposite conversion you can try free wwXML class from http://west-wind.com/Webtools.asp. Check also mskb #192762.
