Dear Sir,

In LAN envoirment we are using XP OS but when a shared directory attribute is made from Read Only to Read/Write or given full access to others user it becomes read Only again after boot. Although the person has given the Full Access permission but other user can Read from it but can't write .

All Systems are XP but some is formated in FAT32 and Some in NTFS file format but problem is in both.

Please Advise.
