You need to provide some info:
What version of Excel did you install?
I see you use VFP6 SP5 (why a version so old?) in XP SP2. Is that the setup on the new PC?
What is the error (number)?

When you say you "transfer data to Excel using OLE", what do you mean exactly? OLE generally means an ActiveX control. In that case which one?

Or do you mean you are using COM? ( oExcel = CreateObject("Excel.Application") )

With more data we may be able to help you solve your problem.
