The general consensus seems to be that no decent tool of that sort exists; that any automatic conversion would create code that is worthless.
You can run the code as is; VFP is more or less compatible with older versions. But to take advantage of the new technologies, it is better to rewrite major parts of the application. New technologies might include things such as buffering, OOP, reaction to all sorts of events, referential integrity, and many others more.
