Why everything dissapears from VFP window when I press {right ALT} and SHIFT simultaneously?

There is national (lithuanian) characters on the keyboard instead of numbers (top row). But when I need "#" character, I have either switch to English keyboard or press {right ALT} + SHIFT + 3 simultaneously. When I press {right ALT} and SHIFT everything (except menu) dissapears, if I press button "3" with {right ALT} and SHIFT then all windows appears for a second, then (if I am still holding alt+shift) everything dissapears again.

Is this some kind of hotkey? And how disable it or change?
