When I lived in Atlanta, they had a bunch of pizza places called The Mellow Mushroom. It was "health food" pizza....they used very low fat cheese, dough had whole wheat in it, and the meat toppings were drained of excess oils. You could eat slices with your hand and not feel a bit of grease. And amazingly, it's the best pizza I've ever tasted.

The closest one to me is about 5 hours south, down in Virginia. Although my wife would strangle me for this, I'm seriously considering driving down there, ordering about 10 of them, driving back, and freezing them. But then I'd have to drive back 5 days later... ;)
