Thanks Sergey. We fixed the problem. The solution was to do the equivalent of a sys(3098) from within the .net components.

So if anyone else is listening in, if you create .net stuff, make sure you release all resources on the .net side. Just releasing the VFP side references to those objects will not work entirely.
