Just had a thought. Couldn't you make an icon that's just a transparent colourless rectangle, and use that. Don't know if the header bar colour would show through though, or there would just be a white rectangle.

Not doing so good at home though - hardly won a match all season, before last Saturday! Can't see me getting a ticket for that match - regular match-goers only, voucher schemes, cost a fortune, need a hand-written endorsement from the Pope! :-)
