I only want to add one more consideration in your re-design
which is if you want to go with a 2-tier C/S architecture or a n-Tier
if you are going for n-tier you also have to consider on where you want each
action to be taken (which tier)
(we have here Forms, form behaviours and naturally the database, and the
work is split between the 3)
