Dear Sir,

In our LAN All PC's are Windows XP but due to some Technical reasons some are Formated in FAT32 and some are Formated in NTFS.

After sharing a folder and removing its Read Only attribute in NTFS system . FAT32 user is able to access and read but is unable to write to that folder.

Please advise what setting has to be done to give FAT32 user full Acceess to that folder.

I have also tried by setting full access in security Tab for all user but still not working.

An early reply/advise will be appreciated.
