Licensing costs for distributing Crystal with your application went through the roof when Crystal changed ownership four or five years ago. My company dropped Crystal for that reason. The amount of money they wanted was in tail-wagging-the-dog territory.
If you don't mind me asking, under which licensing category did you application fall? (e.g. just distributed the runtimes, or something beyond that?)
