I set the sound to 'Descriptive' and I'll see if that makes a difference, but I'm not sure what it means. I would ordinarily say the sound I get is crystal clear - just the word 'goodbye'. But maybe you've got something there. Maybe it's really 'replies' and just sounds like 'goodbye'. We'll see. Thanks for the tip.
