Hi All!

Could you advise a source describing ways VFP handles COM events? Why exactly EVENTHANDLER() must be used and so on.

In particular, there's an ATL Control written in MS VC++ 2003 that fires an event. VB6 accepts this control Ok, I have no problem binding its event to VB6 code.

VFP8 is able to invoke methods and reach properties of this control Ok, but no events even with EVENTHANDLER(). I implement an interface as it should be, the EVENTHANDLER() returns .T. -- still the event does not fire.

Is it possible to write ATL Control with events binded to FoxPro object's methods without using the EVENTHANDLER()?
