I've got a bit of weirdness here that is bugging me. I have an intellisense command substitution that reads like:

!myEXE /a ~.ext

...which works fine, giving me the insertion point at the tilde. It's been working well for months. I just tried to do it on another coder's machine -- and it failed. Then I tried adding another similar shortcut to my machine, and it failed again, although the original one still works. Thoughts?
