Which usually does show up in college ball. That's why the NBA has scouts and bird dogs. It's not as if the coaches only hear of or see these guys after they get drafted. I agree that the little guy has to stand out, but the scouts aren't stupid. They can recognise talent regardless of size. If they see somebody good, that player gets a shot. It's all about money, and good is good.

Where the NBA really shows discrimination, and we've seen this season after season, is in the fact that (check it out for yourself), there is not one single short, fat Canadian playing in the NBA. I think it's a disgrace. :))
