Glad it helped. I think I miss downtown Vancouver as much as you do, for we seldomly go there, although we love it. When we came to Vancouver from Argentina with my wife, some 7 years ago, we lived for 2 years there, the first year Stanley Park was "our" backyard! Then our daughter was born and we needed a bigger place, so now we are far away from downtown, still in Vancouver though <g>
