>A while back I created a vfp report-generator app that can be incorporated into a larger app. The user can easily drag and drop fields, labels, etc onto a form, selecting the data source for the field from a listbox. It's very easy to use. From that, they can generate an frx which is saved into a list of custom reports. Then, it is a simple matter to run a report. Their custom report can now be run, and will look exactly like, any other built-in vfp report. The feature seems so useful and so easy. I've always heard of the need for a fox report writer without the third-party hassles. Does something like this already exist? Would anyone ever have a need for it? I can't help but think: "if it were a good idea, someone else would've done it already".
