In a maintenance form, I only want to permit one record to be added/edited at a time (this does not involve a parent-child type relationship). Is there a property that can be checked to determine the status. Can the 'New' button be disabled automatically once the user makes a change and re-enabled after saving or cancelling? If the user is allowed to add/change several records at once can be confusing.
