I'm sure some of the people there do, but not the ones we sat by. We were very shall I say boisterous and finally about half way through the 3rd period, one of the people sitting by us said, "Hey, I just figured out you guys are for the other team."

I'm sure he would have made a difference on the power play. Eddie having his head in the game all game, every game would have helped more. Osgood let in some soft goals, but overall made better quality saves and didn't give up a goal trying to get a call or give one up with a man in the box serving a penalty for him. Eddie's one of the top 4-5 skilled goalies in the league but sometimes he's too busy playing dirty to make the saves.

The stars made a lot of progress this year. It seems it usually takes a conference finals loss and then sometimes a Stanley Cup finals loss before a team finally wins. OTOH, if the league really continues to crack down on the physical play to get the NHL looking more like international hockey then the Stars might need to retool a little bit before they can make a serious run at it.
