After reading some of the replies to your well articulated case, I would like to point out that, at DevCon 98, well over half of the the 1600+ attendees were first timers. There were also other indications that more new developers are starting to use VFP (probably attributable to its INCLUSION in VS). I applaud your case for its
NO WHINING theme, and I respect those with appropriate dissenting opinions. Accomplishments are achieved from positive attitudes, NOT negative ones and poor-mouthing.
The bottom line is customers want an end product that works and flies like an F-16 jet. We need to concentrate on delivering instead of debating the demise of VFP. I strongly believe my thread of a month ago still applies --
