If you attempt to open a VFP3 database from within VFP5 it appears
to convert it on-the-fly to VFP5 format. If the same call (eg. OPEN DATA) is made from within a VFP5 .EXE it produces a runtime error - "compiled in a previous version" etc. Does anyone know a way of replicating the conversion behaviour at runtime?
