Go to the "File Groups" tab where your different components are listed. In the left pane there is a tree structure showing your various groups. Click on one of the groups and in the right pane you will see a properties page. The fourth item down is the "Self-Registered" property. Double click the property and a properties window will display which gives you two radio buttons, Yes and No. Select the one you want.
