The tools/options setting is the "default" for all new report. I don't know if reports created programmatically also honor that .. but just in case, go ahead and turn off the Printer Environment.

>What would this do? The issue happens at runtime on the clients' computers. As I've mentioned, the FRX is created on-the-fly and there is no Tools -> Options -> Reports at runtime in our application. There is no printer information in the FRX at runtime. I've checked.
