Check the windows registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\8.0\Options\IntelliDrop\FieldTypes

You can export this branch to a .REG file , then when you install FoxPro, just double click the .REG file and the field mapping will be loaded into the registry again.
