Victor, the right place to ask is Contracts & Agreements category. :) One of the recent threads about this also shows that Gene Berger has a sample, so you may ask him, if Gene doesn't mind. Also you may take a look at Whil Hentzen's book "The 1997 Developer's guide" (there is also the new 1998/1999 version coming. There is a lot of info about this side of work.
