I am constructing a history of Microsoft's efforts to stiffle development of Linux by "tying" the use of their products to the Windows operating system. The US EULAs for VFP 8 and 9 clearly state, "You may not: ... distribute any Distributable Code that runs on any platform other than the Windows platform". I don't currently have copies of the US EULAs from VFP 3 to 7 inclusive available, so I don't know when this effort was intiated.

If any of you have these EULAs handy can you please check if this or similar languge is included. If you could email me a copy of these EULAs at mkmullan@hotmail.com(Unless you know how to make an attachment to a UT message) it will speed things up.
It appears that most of the components of the Office Suite are also Linux capable at this point. If you can help me determine if any of these products (or any other MS products) contain similar restrictions and what version of the product first contained the restriction, it would speed things up immensely. It's my intention to have M$(Thank you Terry) remove the offending language from their US products first. Those of you in other juristictions(EU countries in particular) might also check your version of the EULA to see if the same language exists in your version. Its possible your laws/authorities prohibiting this practice are more effective than ours, not a surprise. Thanks for any help.
