In addition to the driver supporting autorun you need to have a file called AUTORUN.INF in the root folder of the CD with the following contents in it.

[autorun]
open=setup.exe

In this case setup.exe is automatically run when the CD is inserted. Replace this with whatever program you want to run. The file AUTORUN.INF is a palin text file in INI format.
