I removed a CANCEL button from a web form, but the program, "default.aspx.cs", will no longer compile since there are remaining references to the CANCEL button, which means I now have errors. How do I get into these hidden object references and remove them? This is rather easy in C#.NET Express 2005 BETA 2, but not so in Visual Web Developer Express 2005.
