I asked a similar question a few years ago and was pointed in th edirection of a free tool available from someone in New Zealand, but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called or who did it. I downloaded it at the time, but after I had done the conversion and it looked like it would hav ehelped quite a bit.

I'll wrack this tired brain and see what I come up with.
