error(87) - ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER

The PARAMETERS function is returning 0 but I can see I'm passing 4 good parameters.
I commented out the check for how many parameters are being passed.

This is not the same problem I was having yesterday.

Something's flakey here...

my wininet.dll is dated 6.6.2000.
