it was a message posted by Andy Kramek on CIS over a year ago. Check out th etool at http://www.quids.com.au/ look in th ebottom left corner of the page for the section titled: OzFox 2003 Presentation

This link http://www.quids.com.au/public_files/converter/converter.zip will let you download the file, but there was a whole presentation on it as well.
