This is most likely due to the issues in ADO.NET 1.1 with the VFP OLEDB provider. You may want to try creating a custom data access class for your business object to see if that helps. See the MM .NET Dev Guide topic "Creating Custom Data Access Classes" for details. Fortunately, the VFP/ADO.NET story is much better with VS 2005 and ADO .NET 2.0.
