Everytime I rebuild my project and create a new EXE, at the very end a window pops up for a few seconds. It says "Creating Type Library and Registering COM components"

Is that putting a new entry in my Registary everytime it runs?

Does it delete old registry entries??

I have noticed that my machine is much slower to load on startup, could my registry be getting too big????
