I'd like to re-do it in OOP, properly design and analyze and all that, but we're talking about just getting the app up and running (or at least sputtering, shaking, and wheezing) in the timeframe alloted.

If you just want to get up and running, just run the old screens.
Quickest way for sure. But If you want to use most/all of the previous layout
in OOP forms without repainting them, consider converting them for easier maintainance.

This makes sense ONLY if your current scx-snippets are mostly empty or just reference
other programs. If you have "heavy" code in the snippets, it might not be worth it.
Since I took over the last year of maintainance of the FPW code, I had "restructured"
it previously, creating an empty GUI tier even in FPW. In such a case I might search
for the enhanced converter on my tapes.
