Very true. They need to be open to the Red Cross.

>Regardless of the validity/legality of this prison, stories like this just remind the world of what happened at Abu Graihb, the greatest recruiting tool terrorists could have been handed.

>>What amazes me is the article states that the prison network was created 4 years ago. I know the public is going to be shocked and amazed and so will the Senate and the House. We will hear about this for days or possibly weeks to come. Senator McKay will probably be in the forefront denouncing it as well as others. It will be just one more thing to blame on the current administration. It makes me wonder what the public thinks our CIA (not to mention other covert organizations) have been doing all these years? Exactly how do they think that intelligence is gathered? How did we prevent the almost daily terrorist threats that have been ocurring for over 20 years? (not 4 or even 6) This is a different system entirely though (probably never meant to be secret) if everyone is admitting it exists and that it was created following 9/11...
